House information of Chesa Arella in Serfaus

>> Locking system

For security reasons our doors lock automatically, so that entering is only possible with a valid card. Please use your card for the main entrance, the apartments, the shoe room and our spa area.

>> Opening hours spa area

Sauna towels are at your disposal in a basket in your apartment. 

If you need fresh sauna towels, please put the basket in the morning in front of your apartment door. 

You receive a bathrobe against a deposit of € 20,00 at the reception.  

>>  Bread service

Please place your order at the reception the previous evening. The order list can be found on the information board at the reception!    

We have:                      
• rolls (bread rolls)                                   € 0,60 apiece
• Kornspitz (whole grain rolls)               €  1,30 apiece
• Haferflockenweggerl (oat meal roll)   € 0,80 apiece

>> Tap water

Our water is fresh spring water from the mountains and is potable water. You can drink it without hesitation!!!

>> Internet

You can receive Internet access with lan or WIFI.
The access data is in your apartment. You can be logged in with up to 6 devices at the same time. 

>> DVD Player

At the reception you can lend a DVD player free of charge. 

>> Floor

We try to keep our floors as clean as possible, by asking our guests to leave their shoes in the shoe room at the main entrance or in the shoe room on the basement.

>> Drying facility for clothes and gloves

In the shoe room a special drying cabinet for wet clothes and a glove dryer are at your disposal free of charge. 

>>  Check out and payment

Please pay your bill at the latest until 7.00pm the day before your departure in cash or with your debit card. Due to the high charges we do not accept credit cards. Please leave your room on the departure day until 10.00 am and leave the safe open.

Dial “0” and you can phone outside our house. Then dial the area code of your country and then the phone number ie. 0049 for Germany + phone number ...  

You can be called directly from out of the house at

Install wake-up call:

For example: alarm time 06:30am
1. Pick up the receiver
2. Dial *72 
3. Enter alarm time 0630 
4. Wait for acknowledgment
5. Put back receiver

This wake-up call is only for one-time. You have to repeat this procedure the following day. If you want to be woken up at the same time every day, you can ask at the reception, who will install this for you.
